Ben spent his early career as a Systems Administrator and Release Manager at Autodesk, but had a strong interest in building products. So he pivoted to product management and found his true passion. He loved leading cross-functional teams to determine use cases and build products that solve meaningful problems.

After a long tenure, Ben was ready for a new challenge where he could learn the intricacies of a new industry as well as grow his experience and expertise.

Vivian built a strong marketing career at management consulting firms — successfully partnering with Fortune 500 companies and building strategies and programs that drove brand awareness, customer loyalty and revenue growth.

The pandemic gave Vivian the opportunity to reflect on her career and determine what she wanted to do next. She felt ready for a new challenge and wanted to move into an in-house role at a tech company.

Kenneth had a progressive career at Concur (and SAP Concur), moving from Marketing Analyst to Senior Analyst to Team Lead and finally to Senior Group Manager. He valued his experience there, but missed the high growth stage where he built programs, processes and teams to support the business unit’s double-digit revenue and customer growth.

He was ready for a new challenge that would leverage his expertise and experience where he could make a big impact. Kenneth also wanted to make a strategic move that upleveled his career trajectory — so he joined our program.

Derek built a remarkable career in tech helping companies grow their sales and strategic partnerships. He spent the last 10 years leading and managing key partnerships for Adobe’s Digital Experience business — collaborating with sales teams to establish, expand and accelerate new revenue opportunities as well as drive overall partner success.

Jerry merged his love of data and storytelling into an impressive career. He’s built marketing analytics practices and teams for Fortune 100 tech companies as well as global advertising agencies. Jerry delivers data with actionable insights that have helped shape many companys’ direction and strategy.

Throughout his career, Justin built networking and security products that solved big problems for enterprises. He also had a successful track record of leading cross-functional teams to execute global go-to-market and growth strategies.

Mark built a career in investment banking and technology research at Fortune 100 companies. He then made a strategic career move into corporate development and strategy at a leading consumer electronics company.

Kara has extensive experience building teams and processes that help companies scale growth. She’s led customer success and support teams across media, wellness and tech industries. Kara’s customer-centric approach contributed to greater adoption, engagement and higher NPS scores.

Krunal started his career in India and moved to the US to go to business school. After graduating, he landed a great job as a program manager where he led the delivery of key software and hardware products for a manufacturing company during his 6 year tenure.

After taking a personal sabbatical, Brinton started his job search. He networked and applied online, but wasn’t getting much traction. Just like with his work, Brinton believed the harder he worked, the better results he’d net. But that wasn’t the case. So he joined our program.
